What it is: This service is for couples who’ve planned everything themselves but want a professional to step in and make sure the event runs smoothly.
Starts: Usually 4–6 weeks before the event.
What the coordinator does:
- Reviews your existing plans and vendor contracts.
- Creates timelines.
- Manages the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
- Troubleshoots and keeps everything on track on the day of the event.
