Spaces

Our Main Event Hall features an expansive, open-concept design perfect for weddings, receptions, quinceañeras, conferences, and large gatherings up to 300 seated, and 250 with a a full center floor dance area. The space is equipped with high-end lighting and built-in LCD screens, making it ideal for presentations, slideshows, worship events, corporate meetings, and unforgettable receptions.

Upstairs, the Balcony Hall provides an elevated view and an intimate, versatile setting ideal for cocktail hours, smaller events, or additional reception experiences, and provides seating for an additional 60 guests. Its airy ambiance and soft lighting make it a guest favorite.

Only 20–25 minutes from Dallas and 40 minutes from Fort Worth — your light, airy, elegant retreat awaits.

We also offer enhancements such as photo backdrops, champagne displays, and specialty setups to elevate your day even further.

While we offer all-inclusive solutions, we also understand the importance of flexibility. Fountain of Life proudly maintains an open vendor and BYOB policy, allowing you to personalize your event fully. And if you need recommendations, we provide a curated list of trusted professionals to make planning seamless and stress-free.

Bridal Suite

Step into our Private Grand Bridal Suite, an exclusive getting-ready retreat featuring its own private entrance for complete comfort and privacy on your wedding day. Groom's Lounge

The Groom’s Lounge at Fountain of Life offers a private, comfortable space designed for the groom and his groomsmen to change and get ready to enjoy the moments leading up to the ceremony. A clean dressing area, and room for personal items and attire, the lounge keeps everything organized and convenient. It’s the ideal spot for those last-minute touches before the groom walks down the aisle. During the Day the Groom and Groomsmen hang out in our upstairs Balcony Hall.

Kitchen

Our Event Venue Kitchen is designed to support caterers, event staff, and culinary teams with a clean, efficient, and well-equipped workspace. The layout allows for smooth food preparation, staging, and service flow, ensuring events run efficiently from start to finish. Kitchen features include: Large Counter area (not shown in picture) Commercial warmer to keep prepared dishes at ideal serving temperature Large stainless-steel sink for washing, prep, and cleanup Three full-size refrigerators providing generous cold storage for beverages, ingredients, florals, and event items Full-size deep freezer for bulk storage and long-term freezing needs Commercial ice maker supplying steady ice production for bar service, buffets, and beverage stations Spacious countertops for plating and staging Convenient access to the Main Event Hall for fast, efficient service Ideal for full-service catering, drop-off catering, and prep teams This kitchen gives caterers and event professionals everything they need to stay organized, efficient, and prepared for seamless event execution.

Catering Line and equipment Rental

Enhance your event with our professional catering equipment, available as convenient add-ons to your catering package. This add-on includes stainless steel chaffers, water pans, food pans, and chafing fuel. Perfect for keeping buffet items warm and ready to serve as well as heavy-duty serving spoons, tongs, ladles, and specialty utensils for a polished, professional setup. Elevate your dining experience with real dinner plates, salad plates, stainless-steel flatware, glassware, chargers, and cloth napkins. Ideal for weddings and formal events. Also included in this package is long-burning, event-safe fuel for extended service times. Our rentals ensure a smooth, elevated, and beautifully presented meal service for any event.

Balcony Hall

The Balcony Hall is an elegant, versatile space perfect for cocktail hour, intimate gatherings, small events, and parties of up to 60 guests. Overlooking the Main Event Hall, it also serves beautifully as overflow seating for larger celebrations. This refined space comfortably accommodates five guest tables, with additional room for grazing tables, cocktail tables, and styled displays. Its airy layout and elevated vantage point create a charming atmosphere ideal for mingling, light receptions, and boutique-style events.
